Developing aromas of medium to persistent intensity, with notes of sour cherries, red and dark berries such as blackcurrant, blackberry, notes of red capsicum and delicate notes of yogurt with berries. Subtle nuances of nutmeg open later.
TASTE
Dry red wine, medium to full-bodied, high acidity, velvety tannins. Full taste of sour cherries, red apple, berries and blackberry. Pleasant and persistent aftertaste with pronounced notes of aronia, cloves and cedar.
CULINARY ASSOCIATIONS
This wine pairs well with beef, game, turkey and any matured hard cheeses without noble mold.
