Merlot 2021

A dry red wine, produced from grapes of the variety Merlot, matured for 12 months in oak barrels, full-bodied, with high acidity and a pleasant and persistent aftertaste. Too young at present, but suitable for bottle aging.

COLOUR

Intense purple wine.

AROMA

It has medium intensity aromas, highlighted by black plums, ripe strawberries, cranberries, red bell pepper. Later, pleasant notes of fresh toast and butter appear.

TASTE

Dry, full-bodied red wine, high acidity, pronounced taste of sour cherry liqueur, blackcurrant, and plums. Pleasant, persistent aftertaste, highlighting the plums and plums.
