A dry, full-bodied red wine, made from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 24 months in oak barrels. It is characterized by complex aromas and a balanced structure, with excellent aging potential.
It has developing aromas of medium intensity, revealing berries and ripe fruits such as black plums, hawthorn berries, blackcurrant, blackberry.
Later, notes of cocoa beans, tanned leather and delicate tobacco leaves appear.
TASTE
Dry, full-bodied red wine, with a high, pleasant, well-integrated acidity and velvety, well-structured tannins.
The taste is full of intense black fruits, plums, berries and mulberries, which are later enriched by dark chocolate and blackcurrant in a long, persistent aftertaste.
CULINARY ASSOCIATIONS
It goes well with grilled and baked meats, vegetables, and hard mature cheese, which also has aromatic notes of earth and mushrooms.
